Our Park Rules

The rules at Horseshoe Tourist Park are in place so that everyone's stay is enjoyable. Thank you - we hope you enjoy your stay. Prices subject to change without notification. See our Terms and Conditions for further information. Park Rules: ALL visitors entering Horseshoe Tourist Park MUST register at office before proceeding. No visitors are permitted to use the pool, free barbeque, laundry or kitchen facilities. No visitors’ cars permitted within the park. All visitors MUST be left by 9.00pm. The speed limit for the park is strictly 10km/h. Strictly no washing of vans, vehicles etc and watering of grassed or dirt areas is permitted. A limit of one car-sized vehicle per cabin and one car-sized vehicle with caravan or trailer per powered site are permitted within the park. Check in time is 2.00 pm. Check out time is 10.00 am. No noise after 9pm. Swearing, rudeness or excessive noise by guests and visitors will not be tolerated at any time. If you do not abide by these rules or any other directives issued by the park management you will be asked to leave the park immediately with no refund. Ball games are not to be played in park except in designated areas. No smoking permitted in park cabins. An airing fee will be charged to your credit card (one days tariff) if it is found you have smoked in our accommodation. At our discretion any damage, loss or theft of property at the park will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost. If cabins are not left in a clean condition an extra cleaning charge will be applied and charged to your credit card. No furniture is to be removed from park cabins. STRICTLY NO LIGHTING OF FIRES IN PARK. No trenches or other earthworks are to be dug or built or cutting of trees or bushes. No washing to be done in the cabins. All rubbish to be placed in bins and is to be wrapped or bagged. Power for a site must only be obtained from a single power point. Children are to be supervised at all times by parents or guardians. Parents/ guardians are totally responsible for their children at all times and are expected to supervise their behaviour and ensure that they abide by the park rules and any other directives issued by the park management. All children are to be accompanied by an adult when using amenities. Strictly no playing, entering, or swimming in the Lagoon. Children must be accompanied by an adult near or around lagoon at all times. Children under 15 and all non-swimmers must be supervised at all times in the swimming pool. Smoking or glassware is not permitted in the swimming pool area. Swimming pool - No bombing, jumping, running etc, no pets, gate to remained closed at all times. Consider others whilst using pool. Children’s portable swimming pools are not permitted. NO bikes or scooters are to be ridden at any time in this park. Under No circumstances are bikes to be brought into cabins. Bicycles are not to be left in public walkways or in any manner to cause a nuisance or danger. Chemical toilets and all other toilets are to emptied into dump point located at the western end of park. Please clean up after use. Refunds - occupying site or cabin for fewer days than originally booked, no refund. Please check all hose connections have no leaks and are properly connected. Do not leave barbeque unattended whilst cooking and clean up after use. Cigarette butts disposed of correctly. Cabins, amenities, office and pool area are smoke free. Consider others when smoking.
